  • Contribution information you provide when donating. Contributions are processed by our payment provider, Anedot, under its own privacy policy. We do not store card numbers on this site.
  • Basic technical data, such as browser type and pages visited, collected by our hosting provider to keep the site running.

How we use it

  • To send the updates, alerts and contribution requests you signed up for.
  • To process contributions and meet reporting requirements under federal election law, which require us to collect and report the name, address, occupation and employer of certain contributors to the Federal Election Commission.
  • To operate, secure and improve this website.

If you provide your mobile number and opt in, you agree to receive recurring calls and SMS/MMS messages, including autodialed and automated calls and texts, from SEAL PAC USA. Consent is not a condition of any contribution. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

We do not sell, rent or share mobile phone numbers or text messaging opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

We share information only with vendors who help us run our programs (such as hosting, messaging and payment providers), when required by law, including FEC reporting, or to protect our rights. Information about contributors that is filed with the FEC becomes public and may not be sold or used by others to solicit contributions or for commercial purposes.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from emails using the link in any message, stop texts by replying STOP, or ask us to update your information by emailing info@sealpacusa.com.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect the information we collect. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.

Children

This site is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
